Black Lives Matter Menorah

This is a Black Lives Matter Menorah made from repurposed alphabet blocks, wood and aluminum candle cups that hold standard sized Chanukah candles.

100% of all proceeds are donated to the Big Black Man Project (www.bigblackmanproject.com), an organization that is hoping to use stories of Black Men to encourage a better version of America, one that is not afraid of its past, is engaged in the present, and is actively working towards making the dream of our country a reality for all.

I believe that working towards racial justice and equality is my responsibility as both a Jew and a human. While lighting a menorah will not end racism in our country, I hope that it will spark conversations that can help us all acknowledge our own internalized racism and help us together make changes, using the privilege of our lighter colored skin and the knowledge of our history that binds us to those who are discriminated against for who they are.

 This Menorah is a work of art and intended for decorative purposes. This menorah contains combustible materials (wood/glue). We cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury incurred by burning candles in this menorah. If you burn candles in this holder and assume the risk and responsibility for any injury or damage: Never leave candles unattended. Burn within sight.
